Purpose

taxpaycheck publishes educational calculators and explanatory content. Results are planning estimates, not payroll instructions, tax returns, legal advice, or individualized financial advice.

Primary sources

Federal thresholds are maintained from government sources, including IRS tax-rate guidance, IRS Publication 15-T, and Social Security Administration contribution-and-benefit-base publications. Source links are provided on the About page.

State estimates

State pages clearly identify simplified planning rates. They do not claim to reproduce every state withholding table, local tax, credit, deduction, reciprocal agreement, disability program, or employer-specific payroll rule.

Review and corrections

Tax-year values are reviewed when authoritative annual guidance becomes available. Material methodology or threshold changes are reflected in calculator data and explanatory copy. To report a possible error, email support@taxpaycheck.com with the affected page, expected value, and supporting source.

Advertising independence

Advertising does not determine calculator results or editorial conclusions. Ads, when enabled, are labeled and visually separated from interactive controls and publisher content.
